Riyadh — Mubasher: Multi Business Group Company recently received a purchase order from Saudi Telecom Company (stc) on a project valued at more than 15% of the Nomu-listed group’s total revenues for the 2025 fiscal year.

The contract involves improving the work environment at the T4 building, including architectural finishes as well as electrical and mechanical engineering works.

The purchase order was obtained on 9 August 2026 but it is dated as 30 June 2026, falling under an existing agreement for renovation and work environment improvements previously extended on 17 June 2025.

The project has a specified duration of six months.

Multi Business Group expects the contract to have a positive financial impact on its results during the second half (H2) of 2026.

The group confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
